Our Board Certified Medical Director, a Professor of Geriatrics, works closely with physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners, to ensure quality of care. Our providers work closely with all hospitals in the Bronx and neighboring communities.

Our medical services department offers treatment for a wide range of geriatric diagnoses, including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Residents requiring tube feedings, wound care, intravenous fluid/antibiotics, hemodialysis, and continuous oxygen can be accommodated. Kings Harbor is proud to have been selected as an Academic Affiliate of Montefiore Medical Center, trusted to teach the next generation of doctors in Post-Acute and Long-Term Care.
