Since opening our state-of-the-art hemodialysis center in 2004, under the medical direction of the Montefiore/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, we have eliminated the need for residents to travel to an outside center, ensuring convenience and comfort.
Our Renal Care Team is committed to delivering comprehensive and personalized care. This team includes Board Certified Nephrologists, experienced dialysis nurses, and certified renal dietitians who collaborate to address the medical and nutritional needs of each dialysis resident.
